She passed away on Mother's Day in 1966.

Daughter of George (Germany) & Sarah (MO) Smith.

Mrs. Annie M. Goin, 84
of 717 Carrolton a Long Time Memphian died at 4:10 yesterday afternoon at St. Joseph Hospital after a long illness. Mrs Goin, who was 84 was born in Tate County, MS and moved here many years ago. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Tillman Goin, in 1938 and their daughter, Floy Ferguson in 1940.

Mrs. Goin was a member of the Raleieh Baptist Church.

She leaves five daughters: Mrs. Joe Carson (Etta) of Olive Branch MS, Mrs. Willie Higgins (Louise) of 1238 Robertson Road, Mrs. Monroe Etheridge (Mamie) of Brunswick, Mrs. Jim Lindsey (Myrtle) of Chicago and Mrs. J. P. Armstrong (Mary) of the Carrolton address; three sons, James T. Goin Jr. of Olive Branch, MS, Willie Lee Goin of Memphis and Clyde T. Goin of 4641 Bill Knight Road; 33 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Memphis Funeral Home has charge.
