Sylvia Corrinne Hawkins Adams, 73, of New Bern, passed away October 26, 2018.
She was H.U. G. / coordinator at Trent Park School for 5 years, former president and member of the Jaycettes for 6 years and was very family orientated. She is predeceased by her Granddaughter, Taylor Elks.
Surviving is her husband, Gerald Adams; son, Landen Adams of the home; daughters, Vanessa Corey and Teri King, both of New Bern; brother, Dexter Hawkins of Kinston; sisters, Connie Chadwick of Wilmington and Myra Floyd of Virginia; and grandson, Ayjay King.
A memorial service is planned for a later date.
Arrangements are by Cotten Funeral Home & Crematory.
