Daughter and only child to Huey Greene Jones and Ann Jones. Born in Anaheim where her parents had long established their home base when not touring or recording on the road. Addie's parents were in the entertainment business with her father employed as business and road manager to his wife, a pioneer country western artist and recording star who entertained audience around the nation and overseas. Traveling with Ann Jones and Her Western Sweethearts, Addie took her lessons in the back of a tour bus which was on the road for weeks at a time while the band toured. Addie took her first name from her grandmother and her middle name from her Aunt Frances (also Jones). A lifelong single, Addie died one week after her father's death in March 1997 at the age of 35.
