She was born August 5, 1913 in Watauga County to Robert and Bessie Harrison Greer.
Mrs. Martin was a former employee for many years at Blowing Rock Hospital and Blowing Rock School.
She was a Christian and touched the lives of many people from Boone to Blowing Rock and Lenoir.
