ANDERSON -- Visitation for Frank C. Mellow, 85, of Anderson will begin at 4 p.m. Saturday at Anderson's Chapel in Anderson.
Services will be at 6 p.m. Saturday at the chapel.
The Rev. Roy Auelua of St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Anderson will officiate.
Mr. Mellow died Wednesday, March 1, 2006, at Mayers Memorial Hospital, Burney Annex.
Born Sept. 24, 1920 in Centerville, (Fremont), CA. he moved to Shasta County in 1961 from Niles, (Fremont), CA.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps Air Wing during World War II, received the bronze star and was a member of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association. He worked in the meat business, was a licensed pilot and was a member of he Enterprise Flying Club.
Survivors include wife Joy; sons Stephen of Cottonwood and James of Anderson; daughter Jane Rawlins of Las Vegas; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
