She was a faithful member of Brown's Chapel Church in Parrottsville, She served along side her husband who was the pastor there for thirty eight years.
She is preceded in death by brothers A. J. Gunter Fred Gunter and Sherman Gunter, sisters Hazel Norton and Frances Cook. Twin sister Lola Fay Gunter
She is survived by her children Deborah (Jr.) Gregg, Johnny (Rita) Jennings, George (Sandy) Jennings, Tommy (Sandy) Jennings, Ricky (Tamara) Jennings, Melissa (David) Ottinger, Gayla (Mike) Wyatt and Shawn (Lyticha) Jennings, twelve grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, sister Flora Hux, brother Bruce (Fayette) Gunter.
The funeral service will be at 7:00p.m., Wednesday evening, June 5, 2019 at Brown's Chapel Church in Parrottsville with Pastor Randell Frisbee, Rev. Kalum Hensley and Rev. Benny Hensley officiating.
