He is survived by his wife, Esther Brewer; son, Micheal Jones (Hallie); brothers, Jimmy Brewer, Ronald McDonald, Jerry McDonald and Mike McDonald; sisters, Carol Cole, Linda Johnson and Peggy Brewer Johnson; and granddaughter, Misti Leigh Jones. Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at Fairdale McDaniel-Funeral Home. Burial: Mt. Holly Cemetery. Visitation: 2-8 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday.
