GILMER - Graveside services for Mary Ludell Floyd, 80, Gilmer, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sunset Memorial Park with the Rev. Ken Calhoun officiating under direction of Croley Funeral Home, Gilmer.

Mrs. Floyd died June 11, 2007, in Tyler.

She was born Jan. 30, 1921, in Detroit to R.H. and Florence Barrett, and moved to Gilmer in 1935. She graduated from Gilmer High School. She owned and operated Lou's Gift Shop for 35 years, and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Gilmer and Electa Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by sister, Jneunese Goates, and brother. R.H. Barrett Jr.

Survivors include daughters, Kay Meadows, Ann Loyd and Lana Barton, all of Gilmer; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
