Icel Lee Campbell, daughter of the late Connor Clayton Campbell and Minnie Bell Kohn Campbell, was born on November 24, 1922 in Reynolds County, Missouri and departed this life on March 23, 2009 in the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff at the age of 86.

Mrs. Campbell was a home-maker and a resident of rural Dexter.

She was united in marriage of Edgar S. Campbell on January 23, 1942 at Bernie. Mr. Campbell preceded her in death on July 30, 1981.

She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Ogelvie and Bonnie Campbell both of Dexter; by seven grandchildren, Lisa Marie Bradford, Earnest Ogelvie, Mark Ogelvie all of Dexter, Kimberly Smith of DeSoto, Dewayne Ogelvie of Costa Mesa, California, Michelle Ogelvie and Gayla Parker both of Poplar Bluff; by eight great-grandchildren, Jennie Ogelvie and Ashley Ogelvie Sanders both of Dexter, Joshua Martinez of Lapeer, Michigan, Amiee Smith, Nathan Smith and Hannah Robison all of DeSoto, Jared Metcalf and Hailey Metcalf both of Poplar Bluff; by three sisters, Zalma Harrison of Redford, Ruth House and Wilma Bass both of Saint Charles; by three brothers, Clyde Campbell, Wilbur Campbell and Billy Joe Campbell all Saint Charles.

Besides her husband parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Faye Dillion and Pauline Helvey; by three brothers, Loyal Campbell, Willard Campbell and Buford Campbell.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5:00 until 8:00 P. M., Thursday, March 26, 2009. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A. M., Friday, March 27, 2009 in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Joe Ogelvie officiating. Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
