Billy was a son of Cecil and Georgia Ledford Sparks. Billy was born on September 5, 1937 and passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019. Billy was a resident of Ocoee, Florida at the time of passing. Billy grew up on Rebels Creek in Boonford, North Carolina. Billy is predeceased by his father Cecil Sparks and mother Georgia Ledford Sparks and brothers Cecil Sparks, Jr (Charles Ray) Robert L. Sparks and sister Mary Elizabeth Sparks and Betty Scott Sparks Stevenson. He has one living sister Alice Jewel (Judy) Sparks Smith and her husband Geddes Ray (Sonny) living on Rebels Creek, Bakersville, North Carolina. Billy is survived by his wife Frances and three sons Randy, Jeff and Gregg as well as several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2019, 11 am at Calvary Baptist Church in Winter Garden. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at 2 pm at Florida National Cemetery with Military Honors.
