Joe Curtis Adams died on Monday, December 31st at his home in Paducah, Ky.

He was a heavy equipment operator by profession and a lifetime member of local #181 Operating Engineers, North American fishing Club, North American Hunting and NRA member as well as a member of the West Ky Vintage Racing Association and the Boy Scouts. He was also a member of the American Legion , Eagle Club, and Moose Lodge for several years. He was also a 1967 graduate of Tilghman High School.

He is survived by his children Penny Rudd and Shane Adams and his siblings Kaye Goad, Billy Adams, and Ann Davis. He is also survived by his grandchildren Meia, Will, and Jake Adams as well as Amy Clymer, Jessica Rudd, and Logan Fowler. He leaves behind great-grandchildren Landon and Isabella Clymer and Alixandria Stewart and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents William ‘Bill’ G Adams and Mary Antha Kearns.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 7th at Lindsey Funeral Home from 4 to 7 pm with services starting at 7pm with Matt Moore officiating. . Cremation will follow.

There will be a gathering at the Labor Hall #1214 building following services. All friends and family are invited to attend.
