Shaland was the beloved husband of Tina (Mills) Allison.

Shaland was born in Lowell on April 1, 1977, a son of Brenda Allison and Anthony Clayton, who both survive him.

Educated in the Lowell Schools, Shaland was a graduate of Lowell High School and Middlesex Community College, before transferring to the University of Massachusetts - Lowell.

Prior to being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Shaland was employed at Lowell General Hospital for many years.

He is survived by his daughter Brianna, his parents, his wife, several brothers and sisters, including Cathlyn Taylor, Latisha Wright, Latoya Moczo, Valentina Wolterding, Jessica Kungulus, Christina Clayton Muldoon, Valarie Clayton, Jarid Prescott, Natisha Wolterding, Jelani Allison, Lamar Allison, Tricia Menzies and a large loving extended family.

Calling hours were held on December 21 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Fay McCabe Funeral Home, 105 Moore Street in Lowell, MA.

His funeral service was conducted on December 21 at 11:00 AM at the Fay McCabe Funeral Home.

Interment took place at Westlawn II Cemetery in Lowell.
