George David Allen, 65, of Antioch, Tennessee, formerly of Jackson County, passed from life on December 21, 2003. Allen was born February 20, 1938, in Jackson County to Adelbert 'Hollis' Allen and Hallie Terry Allen. He was retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Allen was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include wife, Mary Farley Allen; one son, Terry Allen; and one daughter, Cindy Allen, all of Davidson County. Services will be December 24, 2003, at Hunter Funeral Home with interment in Nash Cemetery. Jennifer Crane-Moss and Jonathan Angel will officiate. Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
