Mrs. Rissie Adams

WEST LIBERTY — Mrs. Rissie Adams, 79, of Cannel City, widow of Jeff Adams, died at 11:30 p.m. Friday at her home after a long illness. She was a native of Morgan County and a member of the Baptist Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edna Hammonds, Magoffin County and Mrs. Esther Frisby and Mrs. ZeIda Dalton, Cincinnati; three sons, Hargis Adams, Franklin, Ohio, and Hager and Emil Adams, Cannel City; two step-daughters, Mrs. Lizzie Roop, Jeffersonville and Mrs. Ina Spencer, Cincinnati, and a step-son, Chames Adams, Malone.
Services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the United Baptist Church at Caney by the Rev. B. T. Morris. Burial will be in the Brushy Fork Cemetery at Caney. The body is at the Potter Funeral Home.
