Ortha Morris Carroll, age 95, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in a local health care facility.

Mrs. Carroll was the daughter of the late Sally Ratcliff Morris and Will Morris.

Her daughters, Mary Elizabeth Goins and Beverly Ann Metcalf, her daughter in law, Lovenia Carroll and her sisters, Edith, Martha and Dorothy also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Carroll was retired from Magic Chef with 23 years of service. She loved spending time with her sisters and her family and she was a member of the Washington Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Rebecca Weathers and her husband Milford, her son, Gale Carroll all of Cleveland, her 7 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, her sister, Della McDonald of Chattanooga and several nieces and nephews also survive.

The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 2:00 P. M. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel with Reverend Richard Mason officiating. Interment will follow in the Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 P. M. Sunday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
