Born to Robert Clark Irvine (1840-1940) & Margaret Bell Irvine (1854-1913), who married in 1870.

In 1908, Maude & her sister Pearl owned and operated a millinery (ladies' hat) store in Vinton, IA.

Maude married Clarence Clark Quinn on Oct. 12, 1914, in Vinton, Iowa. No children. In 1920, they were living in Emmetsburg, IA. By 1930, they had moved to West Texas and were living in Big Spring, where they owned and operated the Tex Hotel. Maude's sister Pearl Irvine Boggs and her husband were also living there.

After moving to McAllen in South Texas in 1942, they lived at 604 N. 11th Street.
