She was a member at Sycamore View Church of Christ and had attended Faith Fellowship both in Memphis. She was a homemaker and a caregiver for her grandson. Sherry was a loving person who everyone would go to for a laugh. She was always up for a joy ride and always had a smile on her face.
She is survived by her husband, Christopher Kirk; a daughter, Angel Kirk; a grandchild, Landon Singletary all of Munford; mother, Frances Head Byrd of Memphis; two sisters, Sharron Byrd of Nashville, TN, Shelia McDonald (Kelly) of Huntington, IN; a brother, Derek Byrd (Karrie) of Nashville, TN; and nieces, nephews and friends.
Sherry was preceded in death by her father, Franklin Dewey Byrd.
Burial will follow in the Eureka Cemetery at Pocahontas, TN.
