Monty Wayne Adams age 73, died Friday January 18, 2013 at Waccamaw Community Hospital.
Mr. Adams was born in Washington, D.C. to the late Wayne and Bernice Adams. He was a US Army veteran and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. Monty was an active member of NARFE, 50's Plus Club, H2U and the DC Transplants. Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his two sisters Janet Anger and Dian Eastman.
He is survived by his wife Marlene, daughters; Dawn Langham of Alexandria, VA and Megan Fichter of Columbia, MD, a son; Robert W. Adams of Westminster, MD, five grandchildren, and a sister Donna Robinson of Alexandria, VA.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 9:30 AM on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at St. Michael Catholic Church with Father Ray Carlo officiating.
