Albosta, Marlene Helen
Marlene Helen Albosta, resident of Highland Springs Retirement Community in Dallas Texas, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2018 at the age of 82.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA in 1936 she met and married Chester, (Chet), Albosta in 1956. Marlene a wonderful wife and mother, went back to school in her forties and earned a degree in accounting from University of Texas at Dallas. Marlene now joins Chet in life everlasting. Marlene’s passions were her family, art and making people feel special.
Marlene is survived by her four children, Teresa, Julie, Michael and Scott, eleven grandchildren as well as her special caregivers Eva, Emma and the staff at Highland Springs.
A memorial service will be held October 6th at 2pm at Highland Springs Retirement Community, Willow Ridge; 8010 Frankford Road, Dallas Texas.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Marlene’s name to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
