After the Navy, Justin continued to serve the community by joining the Honolulu Police Department’s 161st Recruit Class in 2008. He spent his career patrolling the Kalihi area as well as in the Narcotics/Vice Unit. He was a proud member of the police force; those people were like a second family to him.
All who knew Justin will tell you that the main focus in his life was his three children, particularly his youngest son Liam, who his love for and bond with was exceptionally strong.
May he rest in peace.+
