BLAWN, JOHN ROY SR., 62, of Riverview, died Monday (Oct. 1, 2001) in Brandon. Born in Wilmington, Del., he came to the area 30 years ago from Wilmington. He served in the Army. He was a truck driver and a member of Riverview's First Assembly of God's Christian Tae Kwon Do. He was a Boy Scout Troop Leader No. 52 in Riverview, East Bay Little League coach for several years, a member of Riverview Volunteer Fire Department for seven years and an emergency medical technician. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; four sons; a brother, Charles, Delaware; and 13 grandchildren.
