Born in Samson, Alabama, a son of the late Johnny Lamar Clark and Fable Ree Phillips Bradford. Cornelius graduated from E.J. Lewis High School in Samson, class of 1964. Cornelius is a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force, serving during the Vietnam War. He went on to earn his Bachelors Degree from University of South Florida. Cornelius moved to the capital region in 1976 and was a Manufacturing Manager for General Electric for over 31 years.
Survivors left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 48 years, Carolyn Tyson Clark and his children.
