DANVERS- Maureen B. (Ford) Kingsley, 82, passed away surrounded by her family on August 24, 2018. She was the loving wife of the late Robert M. Kingsley.

Born in Danvers on June 5, 1936, she was the daughter of the late William and Laura (Barton) Ford. Maureen was a lifelong resident of Danvers. She graduated from Holten High School in 1954 as Valedictorian of her class. Maureen was a lifelong communicant of Saint Mary of the Annunciation Church and was very active within her parish.
Maureen’s family was her greatest enjoyment, she loved to travel, participate in local social activities and attend her grandchildren sporting events. She was also an avid Red Sox fan attending many games with her brother Doug. Maureen was also engaged with Danvers Garden Club for many years.

She had various jobs over her lifetime including working for the town of Danvers, as a school bus driver and ended by retiring from US Postal Service.

She is survived by her three children and their spouses, Michael and Deborah Kingsley of Freedom, NH, Mark and Cori Kingsley of Exeter, NH and Lisa and Loren Rocker of Danvers, her brother Douglas Ford and his wife, Kathy of IL, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
