Betty J. Napier, 78, of Winter Garden, FL, formerly of Wayne, WV, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Baton Rouge, LA. She was born March 17, 1940 at Wayne, WV, a daughter of the late Charles and Ethel Tabor Frashier. Betty retired from Lockheed-Martin and worked in the Aerospace Industry for over 40 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jake Napier; four sisters, Ruby, Stella, Lee, and Mae; three brothers, Frank, Bill, and Carl. She is survived by two sons, Wade Napier of Winter Garden, FL, and Michael Napier and wife Carmen of Baton Rouge, LA; two grandchildren, Omar Napier and Marta Napier. Memorial services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Morris Funeral Home Chapel, Wayne with Pastor Fred Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow in Community Memorial Gardens, Wayne.
