Ryan Michael Wozniak, age 25, of Hartville, Ohio was killed in a tragic accident, on July 11, 2014. He was born Oct. 23, 1988 in Akron, Ohio. Blessed with a creative spirit, Ryan was a talented musician, writer, and artist. He had great taste in music, and was an inspiration to his friends and family.
Ryan joins his grandparents, William and Louise Bates, and Joseph and Patricia Wozniak in Heaven. He is survived by his loving family, parents, April Cook, Joseph Cook, Michael and Amy Wozniak; siblings, Michaela, MacKenzie, Macy Cook, and Madison Wozniak, and Ross and Alexa Trotter; great-grandmother, Ruth Wheeler; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
