James A. Ballard, 82, passed from this life on July 16, 2018 surrounded by family. He was born on April 23, 1936 in Irvine, Kentucky. He was a member of Faith Harvest Worship Center and loved the Lord with all his heart. His passion was fishing and taking others out to fish. He will be remembered as a great husband, father, carpenter, fisherman (always catching more than who was with him), telling jokes and loving his family.

He is survived by the love of his life Dianne, of 34 years, children Leisa, Teresa-Sue, Rene ' (Terry), Randy (Anne), Melanie (Gregg) and Jimmy (Trish),

thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Visitation will be conducted on July 20 followed by the service at Osceola Memory Gardens 1717 Old Boggy Creek Rd., Kissimmee, Florida.

Interment will follow at the Rose Hill cemetery.


A truly amazing man.

Affectionately called "Florida's Kentucky Wildcat" by his neighbor's (Jeanette Lott) sister
