ATKINSON: Patti Lynn -

It is with great sadness that Doriene and Larry Atkinson, of Merlin, say good bye to their daughter Patti Lynn Atkinson, of Belle River, who passed away at the Windsor Regional Hospital, Ouellette Campus on Wednesday August 23, 2017 in her 51st year. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Cheryl Heemsbergen (Ric) of Chatham, Kelly Atkinson of Chatham, Jackie Leppard (John) of Uxbridge and Richard Atkinson (Cheri) of Strathroy, niece Krysten Heemsbergen (Tyler) of Calgary AB, and nephews, Christopher, and Coalton Leppard. She will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of good friends.

Patti was employed by the Town of Lakeshore for 25 years, and was looking forward to retirement at the age of 55.

She was an avid golfer and enjoyed many rounds of golf with her sister and friends. She enjoyed winter trips to southern locals to play golf.

She liked to travel with her sister Kelly. They traveled to many faraway places. She had been to South Africa, Australia, Hawaii, the Bahamas, Europe just to mention a few.
