The State of Texas County of San Saba

I, W. D. Neil, of Phoenix, Arizona, being in good bodily health, and of sound and dipposing mind and memory, and fully realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, and being desirous of settling my worldly affairs while I possess the capacity and strength so to do, hereby make and publish and declare this my last will testament, hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me, that
is to say:

First, I direct that the expenses of my last sickness, including the expenses of my funeral, be first paid, and all my just debts be next paid in full.

Second, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, M.M. Neil, and all the estate which I posess, this includes all lands, cash or personal property which I posess, in, or to any lands, tenements, hereditaments, or rents. It is my intention and desire that whatever I posess be by this will conveyed to my wife.

Third, I direct no action be had in probate court under this Will other than the filing of an inventory and appraisement and list of claims as required by law.

In testimony of all of which, hereunto set my hand, at Richland Springs, Texas in the presence of C. H. Bentley and G. B. Muse, witnesses this 7th day of September, 1923.

Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Wynn, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Denham and Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Neil all left Wednesday afternoon in Mr. Wynn's and Mr. Neil's cars on their way to their future home near Phoenix, Arizona. The three families shipped their household goods through in a car, loading it up Monday.

These families have lived here for a number of years and leave many friends who regret to have them leave us, but our best wishes go with them to their future home.

Mrs. Steward, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Neil, who lives near Altus, joined them in the move.
