Daughter of the late Cliff and Edith Samuels. Toni was born September 4, 1950 in Altedena, (Los Angeles County) CA, the third of four siblings. She attended Duarte High School in Duarte, California.
On May 5, 1967, Toni married John "Tim" Williams and together they had three children; two daughters and one son, Tyler Ann, Tracy and Timmy.
In May 2017, Tim and Toni celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Many friends and family on the West Coast joined in the celebration.
Tim and Toni lived in Graton, Sonoma County, California for the majority of their married life, before moving to South Carolina. She loved California but it became impossible to survive there, so her family followed her brother to South Carolina. Her daughter Tracy and her family soon followed.
Toni and Tim were involved in many ventures. In the mid-1970s she made ceramic dolls. owner of Williams Enterprises since 1992; Insurance agent with YIT Insurance, and she co-authored and illustrated a children's book, Timmy's Bedtime.
Toni is survived by her loving husband Tim Williams; her daughter Tracy Shelton (Travis); son Timmy Williams; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Cliff Samuels of South Carolina and Gary Newman; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many close family members and friends on the West Coast.
She was predeceased by her parents; daughter, Tyler Ann and her brother, Fred Newman.
