She was the beloved wife of the late Mitchell Asadorian.
Born in Harsek, Armenia, a daughter of the late John and Mary ( Elmorian ) Hagopian, she came to the U.S. in 1918 settling in Philadelphia, PA, moving to Cranston in 1930.
Mrs. Asadorian was a survivor of the Armenian Genocide of 1915.
She was an active member at Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church of Providence and its Womens Guild. She was also a member of The Daughter's of Vartan.
She is survived by a son; William Asadorian of North Attleboro, MA, a brother; Ludwig Stepanian of Westboro, MA, 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Mitchell Asadorian, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence.
Burial will be private.
