Hal D. Andrews of Charlotte, Michigan, age 67, passed away Sunday, Dec. 25, 2016 at his home with his family at his side. Hal was born August 29, 1949 in Charlotte the son of Edward and Frieda (Kuball) Andrews and was a life resident of Charlotte. He was a 1967 Graduate of Charlotte High School and had served his country in the U. S. Army Reserves from 1968-74. He had been employed at General Motors Parts Warehouse from where he retired in 2004 after 32 years of service. He Loved old cars & car shows, was a "Master Carpenter", enjoyed garage sales and flea markets and enjoyed traveling with his wife. Surviving are: his wife of 28 years, Pamela (Davis) Andrews; his daughter, Kristie (Joe) Andrews of Newport, TN; step son, Dustin (Jan) Burk of Charlotte; 3 grandchildren, Cooper Burk, Lundon Hall and Andria Hall; 2 sisters, Marcia Young and Sheila (Jeff) Bisel both of Charlotte; his mother-in-law, Jean Davis of Eaton Rapids; special cousins, Bruce & Janet Griffith and his special cat, Sami Lou. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016 at Burkhead-Green Funeral Home in Charlotte with Ray Black Officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may go to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
