Mr. Mumpower leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 26 years, Rosario S. Mumpower; two children, Anne Marie and Ramona Sue; and two stepchildren, Gunther and Vera. Also left to cherish his memory are two brothers, Meron Lee and Allan Mumpower; 5 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Pearly Mumpower.
Viewing will begin at 6pm, followed by a 7pm wake service officiated by Pastor Grace Milo, on Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at J. T. Fisher Funeral Services located at 1080 N. George Washington Hwy. in Chesapeake, Virginia. A life celebration service will be held at 11am on Thursday, March 29, 2007 in the J. T. Fisher Funeral Services chapel. Burial will be in the Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milner's Road, Suffolk, VA. The family has entrusted J. T. Fisher Funeral Services with the final care arrangements.
