Sabin McCanny, age 10, fourth grade honor student at Udall Elementary, died Wednesday, April 11, 2007 as a result of a car accident that also took the life of her mother, Kristy McCanny. Visitation 10am to 8pm Monday at Smith Mortuary, 1415 North Rock Road, Derby; service 10am Tuesday at Pleasantview Baptist Church, 1335 North Buckner, Derby; burial will follow at Udall Cemetery, Udall, KS. Sabin was born October 18, 1996 in Indianola, MS. She was involved in Allstar Cheerleading and was on junior basketball and softball at Udall.
