Great Grandpa William Winfield Spangler and Great Uncle Troy Allen choose the cemetry location because the cliff over looked the original Frienship Hollow Spangler Properties, the Friendship Hollow Creek that they were baptized in, and Brush Harbor ( Corner of William & Ardella's property) where everyone attended outdoor revivals. Salt of the earth people living life in the old ways with love of family, land, music, and religion.
