Ronnie Eugene “Suwannee Ronnie” Anderson, 65, of Suwannee passed away March 29, 2018.

Ronnie was born May 21, 1952 to the late Zachary and Christine Anderson in Douglas, Georgia, but had lived in the Suwannee area since he was 12. He was a Veteran of the United States Army Reserve and had been a commercial fisherman for several years. Ronnie was a member of the Salt Creek Baptist Church.

Ronnie is survived by his companion Deana Harper, his sons Ryan Anderson and Adam Anderson (Erica), his daughter Nicole Kight (Bubba), his brothers Billy Anderson (Yvonne), Kenny Anderson (Terri), and Charles Anderson, his sister Janet Anderson (Jack), five grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces, and other extended family members.

Graveside funeral services for Ronnie will be held 3:00 PM Monday, April 2, 2018 at the Keen Cemetery outside of Suwannee, with Pastor Dwayne Kight and Pastor Fred Edwards officiating.
