Charlotte Lou Huffman, age 91 of Englewood, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a long time active member at Englewood United Methodist. Charlotte enjoyed gardening, yard work, spending time with her grandchildren, and was an avid card player.
She is survived by her children: Elaine (Carl) Hellrigel of Clayton, and Douglas (Michelle) Huffman of SC, grandchildren: Brian (Megan) Guerrant, Kelly Guerrant, Christy (Brad) Moser, Matt (Lyndsay) Huffman, great-grandsons: Jacob Guerrant, Brady and Maxwell Guerrant, Aaron and Lucas Moser, sister: Patricia Grundish of Union, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Clarence “Basil” Huffman, parents: Hubert and Oda (Cross) Dull, son: Gary Huffman, sisters: Ella Cullers, Emma Stringfellow, and brother: Ralph Dull.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd.,Englewood) with Pastor Kim Armentrout officiating. Interment will follow the service at Verona Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
