Billy Joe Peterson age 63 of Seymour, TN passed away on February 4, 2018. Bill was a loving father, husband, papa, uncle, brother, and friend who loved going to the beach, boating, eating, going to the movies, fishing, making people laugh, and spending time with his family. He was loved by all of his coworkers at TVA, TVA Credit Union, Dollywood, and LaborExchange. He was an artist, a hugger, jokester, and had never met a stranger. He will be dearly missed by everyone that knew him. He was a Navy Veteran and a member of First Baptist Church of Seymour. Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Elva Fox Peterson, his father, Luther Lee Peterson, his step-father, Kelly Ayers and sister Brenda Lee Peterson. He is survived and will be deeply missed by his wife of 32 years Kelly Peterson, his daughters Megan (Reggie) Hayward and Morgan (Chad) Gatzlaff, his brothers Bobby Jack Peterson and Otis (Kim) Peterson, his grandchildren Israel, Samuel, Hannah, Josephine, and TJ, and many nieces and nephews who loved him so much.
