Following an illness of more than a year, but bedfast for less than three weeks, Mrs. Nancy B Meenach, widow of William H Meench, died at her home at 619 Forest Avenue Monday evening shortly before 6 o'clock. While in failing health for many months, Mrs. Meenach was able to be about her home until her illness became more acute two weeks ago, and the sad news of her passing will be in the nature of a shock to her many admiring friends. Her husband died about ten years ago.

Mrs. Meenach was born at New Richmond, Ohio, March 28, 1862, and consequently was almost 77 years of age. She was the daughter of the late George and Minerva Marshall Hicks. She had been a resident of Maysville for many years.

Mrs. Meenach was much admired for her deeply sympathetic nature and numerous Christian traits. A most genial and affable woman, possessing lovable attributes that attracted to her countless friends, she leaves innumerable acquaintances who will be grieved to learn of her demise.

Surviving are one daughter and one son, Mrs. R F Cablish, of this city, and Harry G Meenach, of Dayton, Ohio, one granddaughter, Mrs. A H Calvert, of the county, and a great-grandson, Alezander H Calvert, Jr.

Burial will be in Maysville Cemetery.
