SISTER MARGARET PATRICIA DONAHOE, 85, of Convent Station died Saturday. She entered the Sisters of Charity of St. Elizabeth in 1928. She received a bachelor's degree from the College of St. Elizabeth, Convent Station. Before retiring in 1980, she was an elementary school teacher at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Tenafly; St. Andrew's, Westwood; St. Catherine, Mahwah; St. Joseph, Roxbury, Mass.; St. Mary, Salem, Mass.; and Blessed Sacrament, Jamaica Plain, Mass. Surviving are three nephews, James and Francis Reardon and Thomas Kelley, and four nieces, Mary Manning, Margaret Murphy, Patricia Judge, and Cecilia Lynch, all in Massachusetts. A brother, John, and three sisters, Hannah Iyak, Madge Kelley, and Cecilia Reardon, are deceased. Mass will be said Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of St. Anne Villa, with burial in Holy Family Cemetery, both in Convent Station. A wake will be held today from 2 to 5 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Donations to the Sisters of Charity Retirement Fund would be appreciated. Arrangements are by Burroughs, Kohr, and Dangler Funeral Home, Summit.
