SISTER ARTHUR MARIE CONNELLY, 72, of Sisters of Charity of St. Elizabeth, Convent Station, died Thursday. She was a home- and child-care worker in Bloomfield for 10 years. Previously, she was an elementary-school teacher in Ridgefield, Hoboken, Jersey City, Bloomfield, Fort Lee, and Cliffside Park for 42 years. Surviving are a nephew, Robert Garrabrant of Bloomfield; a niece, Joan Stefanic of Clifton, and two grandnieces. Mass will be said Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Anne Villa Chapel, with burial in Holy Family Cemetery, both in Convent Station. Visiting is today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 p.m. at Borroughs, Kohn, and Dangler Funeral Home, Summit. Donations to Sisters of Charity Retirement Fund, Convent Station, N.J. 07961, would be appreciated.
