Margie Ann Abele was born March 24, 1952 in Tibbie, Alabama, the daughter of Charlie and Louise (Parnell) Younge. She passed from this life December 29, 2017 at her home in Midwest City, at the age of 65 years, 9 months and 5 days. Margie and Thomas Abele were united in marriage on March 7, 1981 in San Vito, Italy. Margie and her husband Thomas were both veterans of the United States Air Force. They moved to Midwest City in 1996 from their last duty station in Japan. They were fortunate to see many countries during their tenure. Margie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. During her children's school years, she was very active in their activities and served as a PTA and Band mom. Her greatest joy was taking care of her "angel baby", her grandson, Greg. Margie loved her community and was a devoted member of Wickline United Methodist Church. She also enjoyed making greeting cards, needle point, flower gardening and painting. She was an amazing cook. She taught pre-school for several years and her students adopted her as their Nana. She loved spending time with her family. Margie was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Charles "Buddy" Younge.
