Pamela Jean (Watts) Ring, age 72, died at 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2017 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. She was born on May 30, 1945 to Claude and Esther (Dalley) Watts in Toledo, Ohio, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband Don Ring; two sons Jeff (Jessica) and Mike (Renee) Ring; two grandsons, Alex and Tyler Ring; and her brother, Bill Watts.

Pamela attended Brush High School and graduated from Alleghany College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. After moving to the Dayton area, Pamela took a job with the Montgomery County Welfare Department. She started as a social worker and moved her way up to supervisor. She stayed with the department for 30 years, retiring in 1998 to spend more time with her family. In the late 1990s, Pamela and her husband moved to Lakengren in Eaton to be near the lake. Pamela loved going out on their boat, playing cards, and spending time with family. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 10:00 am until time of memorial service at 11:30 am at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH.
