SOUTH WEBSTER Danny Bouts, Age 72, lifelong resident of South Webster, went to be with the Lord December 10, 2017 at SOMC in Portsmouth. He was born July 16, 1945 in South Webster to William and Della (Cook) Bouts. Danny graduated from South Webster High School in 1963. He loved farming and was a heavy equipment operator for Allard Construction. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and was devoted to his church, Bloom Free Will Baptist where he served as a deacon and taught Sunday school for 45 years.
Danny is survived by his wife, Margie, with whom he shared 52 years of marriage; one son, Ryan (Tarrah) Bouts of Wheelersburg; one daughter, Traci Martin of South Webster; four grandchildren, Braden and Delaney Martin, Grayson and Amelia Bouts; five sisters, Lillie Bouts of Portsmouth, Shirley Imm of Anchorage, AK, Joyce Crace (Lonnie) of Lucasville, Donna Barker (Greg) of Columbus, Kay McGee of Columbus. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Carl, Charles, Roy, and Paul Bouts; and a sister, Avileen Johnson.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Bloom Free Will Baptist Church with Pastors Allen Harner and Kenny Klaiber officiating. Interment will follow in South Webster Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 5 - 8 p.m. at Bloom Free Will Baptist Church and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
