They also have individual markers inscribed Father, Mother, A. D. Seely, and E. M. Seely. Allen and Ellen also have original individual markers before the monument was erected.

Allen D., son of George & Emly Seely died in Washington, D. C. Feb. 3, 1863 of wounds received Battle of Fredericksburgh age 19 yrs 5 mos 5 ds. This was the individual marker placed on his grave before the family monument was erected.

There is a footmarker inscribed A. S., which may be the footmarker for Allen.
