He is survived by his children Christopher David and Samantha Christine; His cherished twin sister Dale Christine; 3 brothers Michael, Mark, and Richard; 4 sisters Barbara, Diane, Cathy, and April; a loving girlfriend Jonel Belicose; and a multitude of loving family and friends.
