Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, at Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 24, at the funeral home with Rev. Jim Donahue officiating.
Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Gardens in Fairview Heights.
