Obituary for Inez Virginia "Ginger" Adkins

Inez Virginia "Ginger" Adkins, 79, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017, in Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born May 6, 1937 in Harts (Lincoln County), WV a daughter of the late Watson and Inez McCann Adkins. Her six brothers, Edward Zane Adkins, Thomas Watson Adkins, Fredrick Adkins, Mark Adkins, Dell Adkins and Patrick Adkins, also preceded her in death. She was retired from Sears; was a member of Chapman Memorial Church in Harts, WV; and attended Grace Gospel Church in Huntington. Survivors include: several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. A memorial service will be conducted 2:30 pm Thursday, January 26, 2017, at Grace Gospel Church, Huntington, with Pastor Keith Wiebe, Jr. officiating.
