Dottie was predeceased by her parents Tom and Carolyn East, her siblings Tom, Lewis, Viola, Raymond and Robert, as well as step-son Theodor (Robbie).
Dottie is survived by her devoted husband Theodor (Ted) Kinsey, Kevin Kinsey, Sherrie Snyder, Charles Snyder and Rebecca Snyder. Dottie’s grandchildren Caroline, Rayne, Charlize, Zarah, Blake and Devin, additionally “Mom-Mom” to many others. Her brothers Bill (Kathy), George (Ok Cha) and Dave (Peg) and sister Betty (Dick) Krick and many nieces and nephews.
Dottie was a historian. She started the local historical society 24 years ago, and was a well known genealogist. Dottie was a registered nurse at Kessler Hospital, Hammonton and Lighthouse Addiction Rehab. Member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Order of The Eastern Star, Dewey Chapter and Y2K Committee.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, June 10th from 1pm to 3pm at Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main Street, Mays Landing, NJ with a service at 3pm. Burial in Union Cemetery immediately following.
