Tracy Lynn Smith, 54, of Mayport, died Wednesday, August 9, 2017 surrounded by family.
Born May 5, 1963 in Brookville, she was the daughter of Lawrence E. Hill and Myra A. Hill.
On August 30, 2008 she married Mark A. Smith. He survives in Mayport.
Mrs. Smith was employed by Golden Living in Clarion in the housekeeping department.
In addition to her husband, survivors include four daughters Jessie (Adam) Hulse, Glenda Clinger, Gia Weyandt and Laken Smith; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and five brothers, Wylie (Patty) Hill, John Hill, Bob (Jen) Hill, Greg (Lisa) Hill and James (Brandi) Hill.
She was proceeded in death by her father.
Family and friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, August 13, and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday, August 14, at the Furlong Funeral Home in Summerville.
Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Randy Evans officiating.
Interment will follow at Mt. Zion, Beautiful Lookout Cemetery, Mahoning Township, Armstrong County.
