Harold was one of nine children of Henry and Anna Mann of Reardan, WA. He was a brother of Joe Mann, who was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor during World War II. He married Mary (Bradley) of Omak, WA on April 23, 1949 and lived in the Spokane Valley until moving to Edmonds, WA in 1975. He sold and serviced banking equipment for Diebold for many years. Harold and Mary were members of Millwood Presbyterian Church when they lived in Spokane, and most recently were members of Lynnwood (WA) Free Methodist Church.
A memorial service will be held at the Lynnwood Free Methodist Church, 6519 188th St SW, Lynnwood, WA, on Saturday, Nov. 14 at 2:00 PM.
